Library Guides Life Cycle: Training and Support

The Getting Started LibGuide redirects here

About Training and Support Group

The Training and Support team was formed at the beginning of 2023. Our goal is to provide LibGuide platform training to new editors and mentors, as well as creating short refresher videos.

  • In term 1 and 2 - we planned and delivered a series of training sessions for new FIT members and the promotion event team.
  • In term 3 - we worked on a short videos special project. We also mentored or coached ourselves while we learned new tools such as Adobe Premier Rush.
  • From term 4 onward into 2024- we are working on new training sessions ready for all new editors under the new RAC model.

If you are undertaking LibGuide training you can request a play space on the SSG FIT Playspace guide.

Team Members: YuYing Chen (Chair), Nadia Te Rangi, Naomi Taper, Ying Song, Matthew Lund.
