Do I need a CCH eBook account?
You do not need to create a CCH eBook account. When you log in with your TAFE NSW username and password, an account will be created for you automatically.
You can reset your Adobe ID password by following the instructions found in the Adobe helpsheet Reset or change your Adobe password. Please note that when you reset your password you will need to re-authorise your Adobe apps where required.

If I make notes in an eBook can I see my notes once I have returned the book?
Yes, you can see the notes. Go to the Loans tab and click on My Notes & Highlights. All of the books that you have annotated are displayed with annotation details.
Can I print pages from CCH eBooks?
No, you cannot print pages from CCH eBooks due to copyright restrictions. You are able to highlight and copy small portions of text which can then be pasted into a Word document, or you can take a screen shot of the page. Alternatively, if you have access to the hardcopy of the book, students can scan or copy up to 10% or one chapter of the book under study and research copyright conditions. Can I see a list of books that I have previously viewed?
CCH eBooks does not keep a record of the books that you have viewed. To view books at a later date select Save for later. To view these books go to the Saved tab.
Can I see a list of books that I have previously borrowed?
Yes, CCH eBooks keeps a record of all books that have been previously borrowed. To view all books that have been borrowed click on the LOANS tab. All items that are currently on loan are displayed. Select Show Loan History to view all books that have been previously borrowed. Details of when they were loaned and returned are displayed.
Can I open CCH eBooks in my eReader device?
If you have a Kobo eReader, Sony eReader or Nook eReader, you can open CCH eBooks. You will need to download Adobe Digital Editions and create an Adobe ID.
