You can view or download courses and videos using the LinkedIn Learning App on mobile devices (iOS and Android). Download as many videos on as many devices as you like without the need of any additional plug-ins.
Downloaded courses can be viewed without using Wi-Fi or data. To access downloaded content, you must be logged in. The app login is valid for 30 days, after which time the app will prompt you to re-authenticate by signing in again.
Please note: the app is not available for Windows mobile devices, laptops or desktops but you can still view the courses online via LinkedIn Learning.
1. At the app on your device, click Sign in.
2. At the next screen, enter tafensw.edu.au instead of an email address and click Continue.
3. At the TAFE NSW login screen, log in using your TAFE NSW username and password.
You can switch your video to Audio Only and listen to the speaker. Just move the toggle to on at the top of your video screen in the app.

You can download courses and videos from within the app to view them offline.
1. Search for a course and click on the title. Below the title on the right you will find the Download icon.
2. A pop-up window appears. Please be aware that downloading an entire course will take some time. Click Download if you still wish to download the entire course.
3. The Download icon will turn into a green mobile phone symbol.
Alternatively you can download single video chapters.
1. Search for a video or access a video via the Contents link at the course page. You will see the Download icon next to the video title.
2. Click the Download icon. The Download icon will turn into a green mobile phone symbol.
1. To view content offline, go to My Learning in your LinkedIn App. You will see your downloaded courses and videos. Click the title of the course you want to view e.g. Word Quick Tips.
2. Click on Contents and then click the first video chapter you want to view e.g. Insert a header/footer in Word. The video will start to play automatically.
3. Individual videos can also be accessed and viewed via the My Learning feature.
