The following resources focus on the history and development of TAFE NSW and its predecessors Sydney Technical College and Sydney Mechanics School of Arts.
TAFE Handbooks, originally called Calendars, were published each year. These handbooks contained a wealth of information relating to course requirements, descriptions for trade courses and higher technical and diploma courses within each department. They included a list of names of the people who had obtained an Associateship and Fellowship of Sydney Technical College, Newcastle Technical College and other major regional Colleges from across New South Wales.
