Studiosity Support: Getting Started

     Studiosity is an online study support service freely         available to all current TAFE NSW students.
     It connects you to a support team who can                     answer questions about your study-related needs.

 

You can: 

  • Get constructive English writing feedback on academic writing, including structure, grammar, referencing, punctuation and spelling in less than 24 hours unless otherwise advised,
    and/or
  • ‚ÄčConnect live after hours for personalised chat help with one of the Studiosity tutors to receive foundational assistance in the subjects of math, science, English, accounting and more.

Service Hours and Limits

Connect live icon    Monday to Friday
    3.00 pm to 12.00 am

   Saturday and Sunday 24/7

 

Writing feedback icon24/7 every day of the year with a maximum of 5500 words per assessment draft.

 

How many times can I use Studiosity?

  • You are allowed up to 10 transactions per term, this includes Writing Feedback and Connect Live sessions.
  • Each Connect Live session or Writing Feedback submission counts as a transaction.

Reached your limit? Don't forget you have access to other support services.

How to Access Studiosity

Log in to Studiosity using your TAFE NSW username and password.

Choose a PIN information box

     The first time you log in, you will be asked to set         up a 4 digit security PIN.

     After that, you will need to enter that same 4           digit PIN every time you access Studiosity.
