To reuse references in the Readings boxes in a reference list:
1. Copy and Paste. Select the whole reference, right click and select Copy. When you paste the citation into MS Word, use the right mouse click to see these three options:
2. Add today's date to online sources. For online sources (eBooks, online journal articles and websites) add or update the date accessed if required, as instructed in the APA 7/Harvard Referencing Guide.
3. Check that the formatting matches requirements for a Reference List: e.g. listed alphabetically, indented paragraphs (APA 7 only), correct punctuation, italics and capitalisation.
4. Add your in-text references as instructed in the APA 7/Harvard Referencing Guide.
